PARAMETERS: Temperature readings taken at 8 feet from door at 2 foot height. Door opened immediately after recording interior temperature with door closed. Temperature readings are in degrees Celsius. Air curtain model number denotes width x height in feet.

NOTES:

  1.  Interior temperature is taken 2 ft. above floor.
  2.  Floor temperature rose 2.1 degrees after the door had been open for ½ hour. This is because the air curtain was drawing the hot, stratified air from the ceiling and recirculating it on the floor greatly improving the efficiency of the heating system.
  3. With the door left open and the air curtain off the temperature dropped 10.1 degrees in five minutes.
  4. The heating system had to operate at full capacity for 22 minutes in order to regain the lost temperature.
